Model Ship
My Dad made this, from scratch, it’s not a kit. His shed in Essex was full of such ships and bits of future ships. His most loved was The Larut, a ship with an electrical engine, which was (I think) his first ship as a captain.
My grandfather built his own house, though, which in family top trumps terms left Dad behind.
